Crawfish town USA

Crawfish Town USA is in the state of Louisiana. It is a good place to eat fish and other sea foods. But, it is best known for crawfish; it supposedly is one of the best crawfish restaurants in all of the United States of America. All I had was the fried crawfish; the reason why is that the season for crawfish is a limited time. People are allowed to hunt crawfish during season, and that season is only 2 weeks long. I thought that since the name is Crawfish Town USA, they should have crawfish sold year round – even if that means that they have to freeze the crawfish. The place is like an old barn. The inside of the place is nice, but the waiters and waitresses were not helpful to those who are not from around here. My family and I got hush puppies, and they were the best I have ever had. Another good appetizer to get is the crab legs. They are deep fried and served with the tarter sauce. I thought it was really good and had a good taste to it. I would not likely go there again unless it is crawfish season cause I would like to try crawfish, and that was the main reason why we went.

Crawfish Town USA in Louisiana is a good place to eat, but the name of the restaurant is not correct. They don’t sell the 2lb. crawfish bakes year-round. They only sell it when it is crawfish season. When we got there we were disappointed that we couldn’t eat crawfish. The waitress wasn’t very helpful either. We asked what was good, and she couldn’t really answer. I got the crawfish erouffee and it was good, but wasn’t that good. It was really too spicy. You can still get dishes with crawfish, but not the crawfish bake or steamed crawfish. We also got hushpuppies and fried crab legs for an appetizer; they were both very good. The place looks like an old barn. It is red on the outside too. I would not go back unless it is crawfish season. It was a fun place to eat, but I recommend going during crawfish season.

Crawfish Town USA is in Louisiana. It has the best crawfish in Louisiana, but I didn’t get to taste any. They have gumbo, crawfish, hushpuppies, and crab legs. The time we went to Crawfish Town USA, the crawfish was not in season. Crawfish Town USA looks like a barn kind of on the outside. They have a deli next to the restaurant. They must sell some of their things there, but we didn’t buy any because most were really good enough to want to buy and take home.

Acme Oyster Bar – New Orleans, Louisiana

The Acme Oyster Bar is in the city of New Orleans and is next to Bourbon Street. They have one of the best oysters on the half shell in the United States. They also served a lot of good food too. I got a Philli steak poboy, and it was one of the best poboys I had that week! The French Fries were good too. The oysters I had were fresh and some of the best I had ever tried in the whole United States. The French fries I got for an appetizer were covered in cheese and also had a lot of gravy on them too. Which they call poutine or boo fries. They were only $4.99 for an appetizer order of fries. If you wanted to eat good seafood at a good price I would recommend going there to eat. The oysters were $14.99 for a full dozen on the half shell. They were served with cocktail sauce, crackers, and lemon wedges. I thought that although it was on Bourbon Street, if you ate there early, you would be okay to bring your kids with you. I also thought that the inside of the Acme Oyster Bar was nice and family friendly.

The Acme Oyster bar is located in New Orleans, Louisiana. It is on the street over next to Bourbon Street. The Acme Oyster Bar is kid-friendly and has really good food. The best thing to get there are the oysters. The oysters are clean and do not have a seafood taste. They also have a contest where you have to eat 12 dozen – the record is 42 dozen oysters.
We got six, and I ate 2; so did my brother and mom. For dinner I got the shrimp Po-Boy. The Po-boy was good, but it wasn’t the best in New Orleans. For an appetizer we got French fries that were covered in cheese and gravy. The fries were delicious and were very flavorful. Even as a meal – you can get them as a side.
Now back to the shrimp Po-Boy. I ate most of it, and it had a lot of shrimp in it. The shrimp was also tasty. My sister got the crab chowder, and it was a really good soup. The Acme Oyster Bar is a really good place to eat in New Orleans, and it is affordable. You will want to get there early because you will have to wait. By the time left, there was a line down the sidewalk. So if you are in town, eat at the Acme Oyster Bar.

Lulu’s cafe and bakery — San Antonio, Texas

Lulus’s cafe is a really fun place to eat for any time of the day. They are open 24/7. The best things to get there is either the chicken fried steak or the cinnamon roll. We went to eat there for breakfast. My brother and I had the chicken fried steak, it was a big piece of chicken that is deep fried and covered with gravy. Although other places say they have the best in texas Lulu’s actually has the best in all of texas! The chicken fried steak tastes like a really good, crispy piece of flat chicken nugget with a lot of good tasting gravy. The second best thing they have to eat there is the three pound cinnamon roll. It has a lot of good homemade cinnamon flavor and was really good and tasty. I could only eat about 1/16 of the cinnamon roll – which tells you how big it is! It was really fresh and really good. Lulu’s cafe is a fun family place to eat. You have all types of society there eating – families, couples, old people, young people, people dressed up for work, and casual people. The prices are a good price, and if you do get the cinnamon roll – expect to take home extras.

Lulu’s is a really fun place to eat! They have a 3 pound cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is fun to eat, because it is so big. It is as big a round as a plate and is about eight inches tall. The chicken fried steak is the best though because it is really crispy. The chicken fried steak is really popular because it has even been on t.v. It is even served for breakfast. The cinnamon roll you can see baked if you go to Dinners, Drive ins and Dives on Youtube. The cinnamon roll is really hot and has a lot of icing all over it. We have 5 people in our family, and we did not even eat all of the cinnamon roll. The Alamo is located really close to Lulu’s, so you can eat breakfast there and then go to the Alamo. Lulu’s is a fun place to eat, but if you go get the chicken fried steak and the cinnamon roll.

I love Lulu’s cafe. When you pull up there is a drawing of a huge cartoon woman on the wind – she must be Lulu. It is not a fancy looking place. It is a medium sized restaurant that is not fancy inside. The morning we went there was only one waitress – she was working hard! Then, a few more waitresses came to work. We ordered our drinks and a giant cinnamon roll. The rolls are really big, soft, and fluffy. They are good! The icing and the cinnamon make them good. We also ordered regular breakfast stuff. It was OK. I would go again to Lulu’s, because I love the cinnamon rolls! You should go to Lulu’s Cafe and try their great cinnamon rolls. That is what they are famous for making!

Rudy’s BBQ – San Antonio, TX

Rudy’s has one of the best barbecues in all of Texas – even though their slogan is “the worst BBQ in Texas”. Rudy’s is in a gas station and all though it looks like it wouldn’t be a great place to eat, it actually is delicious. The best thing to get a Rudy’s is the brisket. The brisket at Rudy’s. It is full of juice and has a lot of different flavorings that add spices and other flavors to it that make it really juicy. Another thing to get a ruby’s that is really good is their cream corn it has a lot of corn in it and is covered in a rich cream that has sugar and tastes really sweet. If you do decide to get the cream corn then I would add a hint of salt to it to take away from a bit off of the sweet taste from it. Another thing that I love to get at the place is there sausage. The sausage is full of spice and is really juicy. The sausage is packed full of spicies that makes the sausage really spicy. Since the place is in the a gas station I would go and get a drink at the gas station rather than at Rudy’s. I would like to go eat at Rudy’s again and I hope that u decide to too.

Rudy’s Barbecue is one of the best in Texas. The best thing I like is the brisket that the serve. They don’t put the barbecue on the brisket for you, and I don’t put any “sause” on it because it is so good without the sauce. The cream corn they serve there is also the best side they serve, and it is very good. I recommend getting a lot because you will eat a lot of it. Rudy’s is also located in a gas station, and they have a lot of different locations in Texas. You can also order ribs, sausage, and chicken. Other sides you can get potato salad, coleslaw, beans, and a big pickle. Also at Rudy’s they have pop and other drinks in glass bottles that are fun to drink out of. If you live or are visiting Texas look at eating at a Rudy’s near you it is delicious.

Rudy’s barbecue is one of the best BBQ in Texas. I like their brisket and creamed corn the best. Rudy’s is in a gas station. You can pick your own drink, and they sometimes give you samples of the creamed corn. The creamed corn is mainly corn with cream. I love it the best there. If I had to choose one thing to eat there. A lot of people love Rudy’s brisket and creamed corn the best. You should go to Rudy’s!

Doc’s Beach House (on the beach) — Bonita Springs, Florida

Doc’s Beach House is a good place to eat if you are at the beach.  Doc’s is located in Bonita Spring, Florida.  You have four options to sit and eat —  inside, inside up stairs, outside by the beach, and outside in the front entrance.  The owners are from chicago and have a lot of chicago stuff like the Bulls ( basketball team) and Bears (football team).  They have a bunch of diffrent colors, like light green, blue, and red decorations and things hanging all over the walls.  They have only one men’s and women’s restrooms.  The restrooms are really small!  They have many different appetizers, but we picked chicken wings and fried zucchini.  The chicken wings were really good and juicy.  The wings were medium, but they were not very spicy – almost mild.  The zucchini were good, and came with a really great sauce.  It was a texas (spicy) ranch dipping sauce.  The zucchini were in crispy strips not in round circle pieces.  For our entree we got their pizza.  It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had; it was terrible.  (This is my personal opinion.  My uncle thinks their pizza is great and orders it every time he is in town.)  The pizza was burnt and had this nasty wierd taste.  So if you do go for dinner get the wings they are the best.  On other visits, we have ordered the clam strips, tuna salad sandwich, fried grouper.  I would recommend any of those items over the pizza.

Doc’s Beach House is right on the the beach.   We sat outside when we went this time.  If you sit inside, you can go upstairs.  It is really cool up there.  It is decorated with all sorts of sports stuff.  It is also air conditioned upstairs for in the summer when it is hot.   W e got the chicken wings, the fried zuchini, and a large pizza.  The chicken wings are breaded and fried.  For the chicken wings you can get mild, medium, and hot; we got medium and they were good.  The fried zuchini was cut in sticks and fried; they were really good.  Now the pizza we ordered was okay.  We got pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms; the crust is thin crust.  It had a lot of cheese and the toppings, but it was just okay. The atmosphere is pretty cool because if you sit inside then you can see the beach.  I have been to Doc’s before, and I got the shrimp.  It was better than the pizza.

Doc’s is a restaurant.  You can sit upstairs, downstairs, outside, or by the beach.  It is big with all of that seating room.  It is nice because when it is hot outside you are right by the beach.  You can just wear casual clothes, like a shirt and shorts with flip flops.  You could wear your swimsuit and sit outside even.  The wings were good.  They are were kind of hot and really juicy.  I also had their pizza.  It was kind of good.  I did not like the crust.  It should have been better for waiting 45 minutes to get it.  You have to wait that long if you order pizza there.  The sausage was really spicy on the pizza, and I did not like that.  There sauce on the pizza was tangy and not good.  I would go there again and have something else.  I went to the bathroom, but I almost got locked in it.  They have a slide switch and not a door lock.  I could not get it open and couldn’t get out.  I had to pound on the door and keep pulling on the latch.  Don’t go to the bathroom at Doc’s.
